Using Zoom with an iOS or Android Mobile Device (Log into Zoom App)

Environment

• Zoom (iOS and Android)
• U-M faculty, staff, and students, on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses—including Michigan Medicine
• Sponsored Affiliates (requires a regular type of uniqname)

Issue

How do I use the Zoom App on my phone?

Resolution

Open the App on your Phone or Tablet

1. Click Sign In
2. Click Continue with SSO
3. Your devices browser will open up. On Weblogin Screen enter your Uniqname and Password
4. The Duo App will then open for you to authenticate Duo
5. After Authentication with Duo, Go Back To The Browser
6. Click on "Yes, This is my device"
7. Now you can open the Zoom App and be logged in correctly
